The Hiles Town Board will meet on Wednesday, June 8, 2011, immediately following the adjournment of the Board of Review which commences at 6:30 p.m. The agenda includes:
Review and approve minutes from previous meeting
Review and approve treasurers report
Review blacktop quotes of various projects
Finalize road projects for 2011
Adopt ordinance for ward division and designating polling place
Accept resignation of incumbent Supervisor II
Discuss, and possibly act on, appointment of person to the Supervisor II position to fill the unexpired term
Review correspondence
Pay bills
Set date for next meeting
Adjourn
